再制造在中国获得了良好的发展,形成了具有中国特色的再制造工程,为中国循环经济的推进及两型社会的建设做出了重要的贡献。衡量再制造的发展水平及对环境及社会的贡献,需要通过特定的评价指标对其进行描述和评价。本文介绍了中国再制造工程发展的特点以及再制造综合评价指标体系建立的原则,同时结合中国再制造的实际情况,从环境发展、经济发展及社会发展的角度提出了再制造综合评价的若干具体指标,并对提出的再制造综合评价指标体系的构建进行了分析说明。
英文摘要：
Remanufacturing has developed well in China and Chinese Characteristic Remanufacturing Engineering（CCRE） formed,which contributed to the development of Chinese cycle economy.In order to measure the level of economic development and the contribution to environment and society of remanufacturing,some appropriate indexes are needed to describe and assess which.The development characteristics of Chinese remanufacturing are introduced at first,and the principle of establishment of integrated assessment indexing system for remanufacturing is presented too.Then combine with the practical situation of Chinese remanufacturing,some specific indexes are put forward from point of view of environment development,economy development and society development.At last,the establishment methods of integrated assessment indexing system for remanufacturing are analysed and some suggestions are given.
