Different alliance has different innovation resources which has different contribution to alliance development. Making key management of R＆D alliance advantageous and core resources is benefit to play alliance core resources role and to realize alliance sustainable development by effectively guiding and integrating other resources. Therefore, identifying alliance advantageous resources and accordingly designing related managing method has great practical significance to enhance alliance innovation resources＇ utilizing efficiency and to accelerate alliance and enterprise＇s innovation.
