为了提高创新优势、获得相应收益,联盟成员参加R&D联盟,共同开展创新活动。由于联盟产出资源数量和种类是各联盟成员关注的重点,因此如何实现联盟产出的科学分配,成为联盟管理的重要任务之一。本文从联盟产出分配总体思想、分配方法及流程设计等三个环节对联盟产出分配问题进行系统分析,给出基于联盟成员对产出资源贡献程度设计基本分配方案,引入综合调整系数给出调整方案,根据成员效用总和最大原则,引入偏好系数确定最终分配方案的联盟产出分配方法,旨在为提高联盟产出分配的有效性提供新的思路和科学依据。
In order to increase innovation advantage and gain related benefit, alliance members take part in a R&D alliance to make innovative activities together. Alliance output resource quantity and category is the key concern for each alliance member, therefore how to realize the scientific distribution of alliance output becomes one of the most importance tasks for the alliance management. The systematic analysis on distribution problem is conducted from three aspects, namely, general thought of output distribution, distribution method as well as distribution flow design. Meanwhile, alliance output distribution method is affered that is designing basic distribution scheme according to the contribution of each member to alliance output resources, and then giving ad- justed scheme by introducing an adjusting coefficient, at last ascertaining final distribution scheme by introducing a preferential coefficient based on the principle of maximizing utility summation in order to push forwards new thought and scientific foundation for enhancing effectiveness of alliance output distribution.
