Patent analysis is an important means to effectively illustrate high technology enterprises cluster innovation network architecture. On the basis of analysis and definition of high technology enterprises cluster innovation network architecture, the paper builds analysis thought and process of high technology enterprises cluster innovation network architecture, using patent statistics and patent map methods. This paper systematically illustrates concrete analysis process of high technology enterprises cluster innovation network architecture taking Harbin equipment manufacturing cluster as an example, and puts forwards corresponding optimization tactics. This paper offers theory method guidance and empirical reference for construction and dynamic optimization management of high technology enterprises cluster innovation network from the point of patent.
