R＆D alliance is an effective approach to achieve value added based on the integration of members＇ innovative resources. The effect of value-added is depended on the managing level of R＆D alliance. Therefore,it has great significance to sum up the type of innovative resources in R＆D alliance, find out the competition advantage from resource-based view, and accordingly bring up the optimal management track for alliance innovation resources （including the whole process management; key resources management; Collaboration Management of internal and external resources）.
