英文摘要：
On the basis of development process analysis and literature review of patent map, and from the perspective which is different with the patent strategic management of single enterprise, this paper puts forward the procedure of patent map＇ s application in R＆D alliance patent strategy analysis and establishment. Then it designs the general idea, rules, strategic framework and method of patent strategy establishment by use of patent map. The research of the paper aims at providing reference for patent strategic management of R＆D alliance.
