TRIZ is successfully applied in high-tech enterprises, which requires advanced management methods to support. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the application of TRIZ in high-tech enterprises, defines the key areas of TRIZ-based innovative project management, and then designs a chain innovation management method for high-teeh enterprises based on TRIZ. Therefore, it provides an advanced method for high-tech enterprises to strengthen the management of TRIZ-based independent innovation process.
