从技术价值、经济价值和社会效益三个维度，构建高技术产业R＆D绩效评价指标体系，运用两阶段DEA模型，对我国30个省、市、自治区的高技术产业R＆D绩效进行评价；将评价效率值作为因变量，运用多元统计法分析影响综合效率值的主要因素。评价结果显示，高技术产业R＆D绩效存在着一定的地区差异。
英文摘要：
This paper sets up an evaluation index system of R＆D performance of high - tech industries from the perspective of technology value,economical value and social benefit. It employs two- stage DEA model comprehensively to evaluate the high - tech industries＇R＆D performance in 30 provinces, take the efficiency as dependent variable, and use multivariate statistics to analyze the primary factor influencing synthesis efficiency. The results show that there are some regional differences between high -tech industries R＆D performances.
