在界定和分析R＆D联盟网络内涵和特点的基础上,运用自组织理论和社会网络中的强弱关系理论,探讨了R＆D联盟网络的形成路径,并以我国台湾某R＆D联盟网络的形成为例进行了实证分析。结论认为,R＆D联盟网络是通过基于强关系和弱关系的自组织、政府推动的他组织以及二者相结合的混合组织3条路径形成的,而且R＆D联盟网络的形成需要研发企业和政府的共同努力。
英文摘要：
On the basis of defining the connotation of R＆D alliance network and analyzing its characteristics, the pathway of forming R＆D alliance network are investigated by self-organization theory, strong strength theory and weak strength theory in the social network. Empirical analysis on how to form R＆D Alliance Network in Taiwan is carried on. The conclusion has been obtained that the formation of R＆D alliance network is through three pathways including self-organization based on strong strength and weak strength, the government-driven organizations and the mixed organization on the basis of both organizations, and that the formation of R＆D alliance network need the joint efforts of enterprises and government.
