Innovation becomes the key for enterprise＇s development, and with the acceleration of technology upgrading and fiercer market competition, R＆D alliance becomes the strategic choice for enterprise to lower cost, increase innovating efficiency and share risk as well as enhancing innovating competence. Different mode R＆D alliance has different characteristic, scientifically analyzing and ascertaining applicable condition and key innovation resources of different mode R＆D alliance has great significance for enterprise selecting suitable alliance mode and effectively ascertaining alliance key managing resources in order to realize R＆D alliance sustainable development.
