为明确抗产毒镰孢菌的新型海藻防霉剂(K+I)剂量的使用安全性,本研究通过急性毒性实验评估了其毒性等级及致畸性。分别用碘化钾(1447—2025mg/kg)和抗产毒镰孢菌的新型防霉制剂K+I(1447~2892mg/kg;固定递增剂量均为289mg/kg)对健康昆明小鼠进行灌胃染毒,记录小鼠死亡情况,计算LD50并分别观察计算小鼠精子致畸率和微核率。结果表明:碘化钾(KI)的比150为1698mg/kg,K+I的LD50为2241mg/kg。根据中国食品毒理急性毒性分级法判定,毒性等级为3级,属于低毒物质;精子致畸率和微核率与蒸馏水对照组无显著性差异。K+I防霉制剂无明显的致突变作用,可应用于水产饲料霉变防治。
In order to clarify the safety dosage of a new seaweed mildew preventive ( K + I), which is against toxogenic Fusarium spp, in this paper, the toxicity level and teratogenicity of K + I were evaluated by acute toxicity test. The healthy Kunming mice were exposed to potassium iodide (KI) ( 1 447 - 2 025 mg/kg) and K + I ( 1 447 - 2 892 mg/ kg; the fixed increment dosage was 289 mg/kg) by gavage administration, respectively. The LDso was calculated by the mortality of mice. Meanwhile, the sperm abnormality rate and micronucleus rate were also observed. The results showed that the LD50 of KI and LD50 of K + I was 1 698 and 2 241 mg/kg, respectively. The toxicity grade of new sea- weed mildew preventive of K + I was determined as level 3, classfied as low toxicity grade according to the Chinese food toxicology acute toxicity classification method. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in sperm teratogenic rate and micronucleus rate compared to control group (distilled water). Therefore, the mildew preparative of K + I has no obvious mutagenic effects and it can be applied to mildew prevention in aquatic products feed.
