针对当前消失模铸造冷却过程中,冷却温度难以得到准确控制的问题,提出了采用模糊PID控制的消失模铸造砂温冷却系统优化的研究。首先,对消失模铸造过程进行了研究,分析了消失模铸造冷却温度控制的必要性。然后,根据消失模铸造冷却温度的控制要求,对温度控制系统的总体架构进行了设计,采用EM78F661N处理器作为硬件系统的核心,模糊PID算法作为软件系统的核心。最后,通过实验分析表明,设计的温度控制系统能对消失模铸造冷却温度进行准确、快速的控制,可对消失模铸造砂温冷却系统进行优化。
Aimed at the problems to difficultly get the accurate control of the cooling temperature in the current lost foam casting, a study on the optimization of the fuzzy PID control for the sand temperature cooling system in lost foam casting was presented. Firstly, the necessity of the control of the cooling temperature in lost foam casting was analyzed. Then,according to the control requirements of EPC casting cooling temperature, the overall architecture of the temperature control system was designed using EM78F661 N processor as the core of hardware system, the fuzzy PID algorithm as the core of software system. The experimental results show that the temperature control system in this paper can control the cooling temperature in lost foam casting accurately and quickly.
