文章从绿色交通区域性项目创建规模、节能减排技术及设备应用、优化综合交通运输结构、行业协同推进机制、管理能力提升等方面对＂十二五＂时期绿色交通示范项目建设成效进行了回顾与总结,分析了在项目实施管控、后续资金支持、区域性示范项目深度与广度等方面存在的问题,并从建立严格的项目过程管理与调整机制、建立绿色交通区域评价机制以及扩展绿色交通区域性示范项目的广度与深度三个方面提出了＂十三五＂绿色交通示范项目创建工作的政策建议。

This paper introduces the effectiveness of green transport regional demonstration projects in the12 th five- year plan period from five aspects include the scale of construction, energy conservation and emission reduction technology and equipment application, the structure of comprehensive transportation,collaborative mechanism among different government departments and management ability,Analyzing the existing problems in project process control, the follow- up funding, the breadth and scope of the green transport regional demonstration projects. Giving suggest for the development of green transport of regional demonstration projects in 13 th five-year plan period from three aspects include establishing the strict project process management and adjustment mechanism,establishing the green transport evaluation mechanism of the cities and extending the breadth and scope of the green transport regional demonstration projects.
