为了研究滚刀旋转速度和贯入速度对含有节理特征岩石破碎效果的影响。利用ABAQUS有限元软件模拟单滚刀破岩过程,分析节理岩石破碎过程产生的应力、应变云图。结果得出:对于节理间距为80 mm、节理倾角为0的岩石,滚刀破岩的最佳旋转速度是2 rad/min;节理倾角为30°时,滚刀的最佳旋转速度为4 rad/min,最佳贯入速度为4 mm/s;节理倾角为60°时,滚刀的最佳旋转速度为3 rad/min,最佳贯入速度为6 mm/s。滚刀的旋转速度对于节理岩石破碎的影响具有不规律性;而滚刀的贯入速度对于节理岩石的破碎具有一定的规律性。在相同贯入速度下,节理倾角为60°的岩石最容易破碎。
In order to research the hob rotating speed and penetration rate on the joint characteristics of the rock broken effect of influence.Using ABAQUS finite element software to simulate the process of single hob cutting rock, analyzed the stress and strain nephogram which produced in the process of jointed rock crushing. The results show that the best rotating speed of the broken rock is 2 rad/min for the rock with the joint spacing of 80 mm and the dip angle of 0. When the joint angle is 30°, the optimal rotation speed of hob is 4rad/min and the best penetration rate is 4mm/s;When the joint angle is 60°, the optimal rotation speed of cutter is 3 rad/min and the best penetration rate is 6mm/s. The rotational speed of cutter has an irregular effect on the broken of joint rock. And the penetration rate of the hob to crushing rock has certain regularity, at the same time, the joint angle for 60° rocks are easily broken at the same rate of penetration.
