高等师范院校应积极探索有效途径和方式加强师范专业教学研究能力的培养,双导师制的实施开展为提高师范生的教育教学能力提供了有效的途径。本文从双导师开展的意义入手,结合基础教育新课程改革标准提出了双导师培养师范专业本科生的途径,并且结合自身实践,介绍了双导师制项目开展的具体措施和存在的问题,为今后双导师项目的开展提供了借鉴。
Higher Normal Schools should explore effective ways and means to strengthen teachers’ professional teaching and research ability. Double tutorial system is effective for improving the preservice’s teachers’ education teaching ability. Carrying out the meaning of double tutors, the ways to cultivate preservice’s teachers were analyzed, and the measures combining with its practice were introduced. This will be the future reference for the project of double mentor.
