目的 观察身痛逐瘀汤治疗重度腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation,LDH）的临床疗效.方法 采用自身前后对照,观察60例重度LDH患者口服身痛逐瘀汤2个疗程后,疼痛评分和直腿抬高角度的变化并评价临床总有效率.结果 与治疗前比,患者治疗后疼痛明显减轻,直腿抬高角度明显改善,差异有显著统计学意义（P＜0.01）.临床总有效率为88.3％.治疗过程中未出现不良反应.结论 身痛逐瘀汤治疗重度LDH疗效好,值得临床推广.
英文摘要：
Objective To observe clinical effects of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction on severe lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods Before and after treatment （orally taking Shentong Zhuyu Decoction for two treatment courses）,the total effective rate was evaluated according to the changes of pain scores and straight leg raising angle by comparing with themselves on 60 patients with severe lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Results After treatment,significantly pain was reduced and straight leg raising angle was improved; the differences had statistical significances （P＜0.01）.The total effective rate was 88.3％.No adverse reaction was obseved during treatment Conclusion Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has good curative effects on severe lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and is worthy of clinical promotion.
