以碘酸钾代替对环境污染严重的重铬酸钾为基准物,对大一无机及分析化学实验中的硫代硫酸钠标定实验进行改进。采用正交试验法对影响硫代硫酸钠标定实验的影响因素进行考察,筛选出了以碘酸钾为基准物准确标定硫代硫酸钠溶液的最佳条件:反应体系pH值为2.5,KI的过剩量在3%(ω)左右为宜,反应时间对标定实验影响不大,碘化钾溶解后即可开始滴定。与标准硫代硫酸钠标定方法进行比较,测定结果达到分析准确度的要求。
Potassium iodate was used to calibrate sodium thiosulfate as the base material instead of potassium dichro- mate which produced serious pollution of the environment. The factors influenced the calibration result were investigated with orthogonal test method. The optimal conditions were that pH value of reaction system was 2.5, the excess of KI was about 3% (to) , and the reaction time had little effects on the calibration experiment. Compared with the standard method of calibration sodium thiosulfate, the results met the analytical accuracy requirements.
