The entrepreneurialliigh-tecli incubator is becoming more and more attention due to the characteristics ofits marketing operation. So, it constructs entrepreneurial high-tech incubator and venture enterprise cooperation evolutionarymodel, then analyze the evolution. Research shows that, large enough default penalty is the basic requirement of sustainedcooperation; Secondly, there is a two-way choice relationship between them; Thirdly, by determining the optimal shares,reducing cooperation costs, and improve the default fine, can improve cooperation between entrepreneurial high-techbusiness incubator and venture enterprise.
