知识管理绩效评估是知识管理的重要内容之一,绩效评估的科学性和准确性直接影响知识管理策略的改进和企业的创新发展。绩效评价指标的科学性和合理性对绩效评估结果的准确性至关重要。在对知识链及平衡计分卡（BSC）进行相关性分析的基础上,从知识链过程节点出发,改进平衡计分卡的维度设计,建立基于平衡记分卡和知识链的企业隐性知识管理绩效评估指标体系。

Knowledge management performance evaluation, is an. important part of knowledge management. The scientific and accuracy of perform-ance evaluation, have directly impact on. the innovation, of knowledge management strategy and the development of the enterprise. The scientific and rationality of performance evaluation, index is very important to the accuracy of the performance evaluation.. Based on. the correlation, analysis on. knowledge chain, and balanced score card （BSC） ,the dimension, of the BSC was improved from the knowledge chain, process node,and the perform-ance evaluation, index system of enterprise tacit knowledge management was built.
