合作伙伴选择是SDN企业非常重要的研究问题之一,正确的选择合作伙伴关系到整个供需网系统的良性运作。结合SDN企业的特点和SDN企业合作伙伴选择的原则,从合作伙伴产品服务能力、技术能力、企业资质、相容性、可靠性以及环保低碳六个方面设计了SDN企业合作伙伴选择的评价指标体系。针对评价指标体系,构建了直觉模糊熵方法与TOPSIS法相结合的评价模型,以此来对SDN企业的合作伙伴进行综合评价,确定候选合作伙伴的优劣排序。最后,通过算例分析证明了该方法的算法可行性和有效性。
英文摘要：
Partner selection is one of the important research issues of SDN enterprises. The correct choice of partner related to the benign operation of the entire supply and demand network（ SDN） system. Combined with the characteristics of SDN enterprises and the principle of SDN enterprises partner selection, the evaluation index system is designed by the partner product service ability, technical ability, enterprise qualification, compatibility, reliability and environmental protection low-carbon six aspects.Aiming at the evaluation index system, the evaluation model based on the combination of intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and TOPSIS method is constructed, in order to comprehensive evaluation of the partners of SDN enterprises, and determine the ranking of the candidate partners. Finally, an example is given and the result shows the feasibility and validity of this method.
