以H2SO4/NiSO4作为研究对象,采用离子膜电积技术提取金属镍。研究Ni2+浓度、电流密度、温度、添加剂等因素对膜电积效果的影响。结果表明:在Ni2+浓度50g/L、硼酸浓度20g/L、pH=4.9、温度50℃、电流密度350A/m2、极间距30mm、1,4-丁炔二醇0.2g/L的条件下,阴极电流效率达89.87%,酸回收率为62.05%,电积能耗为6587kW·h/t。
It regards H2SO4/NiSO4 as the research object, using ion exchange membrane electrowinning tech nology to extract the metal nickel. The effects of Ni2+ concentration, current density, temperature and additives on the film deposition were studied. The results showed that: in Ni2+ concentration of 50 g/L,the concentration of boric acid 20 g/L,pH=4. 9, temperature 50 ℃, current density of 350 A/m2, pole spacing 30 mm, 1,4 butynediol under 0. 2 g/L condition, cathodic current efficiency was 89. 87%, acid recovery was 62. 05%, the electrical energy con- sumption of the product was 6587 kW ·h/t.
