结合苯乙烯装置的生产工艺和屏蔽泵的结构特点,根据实际检修情况对某企业苯乙烯装置GA-101屏蔽泵轴承使用中存在的问题,如轴承材料、轴承受力情况、泵轴刚性及冷却等方面进行了分析。对屏蔽泵轴承进行力学分析计算后的结果表明,轴向力过大不能平衡由于泵轴刚度不足及泵体温度过高引起的轴承磨损,并由此提出了相应的解决措施。
Combined with the production process of styrene device and the structure features of shield pump,the problems existing in the application of GA-101 shield pump bearing wares had been analyzed according to the actual situation,such as bearing materials,bearing force,pump axle rigidity and cooling.Results show that bearing wear was caused by rigidity decreasing of pump axle and high temperature of pump body.The mechanics characteristics of the axle were analyzed.The radial force and the axial force of the bearing were calculated.Results show that the axial force was too large to balance.The problem of bearing wear was solved by balancing axial force,improving pump axle stiffness and adding cooler devices.The usage life of shield pump was extended,and the long-term stable operation of the device was ensured.
