健康型组织是国内外组织行为学研究领域的最新趋势之一,也在时勘博士承担的"中华民族伟大复兴的社会心理促进机制研究"中居于核心地位。本文首先回顾了从个人身心健康到组织健康的探索历程,回顾了组织行为学研究领域在组织健康研究方面的代表性进展,特别是介绍了加拿大实施的健康场所的卓越框架,Salanova等人的HERO模型等内容,并重点介绍了时勘博士课题组基于我国新常态下组织变革的特殊要求,阐述了我国健康型组织研究的整体框架,并基于身心健康、胜任发展和变革创新的主要维度,提出了五个方面的研究内容。在此基础上,首先介绍了在健康型组织的概念和结构方面取得的一些实证研究进展。然后,根据健康型组织建设所涉及的胜任发展和变革创新方面的研究规划,分别提出了基于胜任特征模型的能力建设和职业发展研究、科学思想库、人才培养及科学普及的心理影响机制、基于网络媒体平台的社会心理行为的集成研究、社会心理促进模式示范性研究的中期进展及其取得的阶段性成果。最后,讨论了健康型组织未来研究需要关注的问题。
"The healthy organization" is a major research area of the organizational behavior; it is also an important consideration for the development of organizational practice during the social transformation period in China. The paper reviews the shift of focus of exploration from personal health to organizational health and major development of studies in this regard, especially Salanovas' HERO model, Excellence Framework for Healthy Place of Canada, and the Three-Dimensional-Nine-Factors model of the health organization of Shi et al. It introduces the latest development in positivistic studies of the structure and concept of the healthy organization, and proposes the general framework for the studies of the healthy organization in China as well as five research areas on the basis of personal health, competence and innovation. It discusses competence model-based capacity building and career development studies, the psychological impact mechanism of think tanks, talent development and science popularization, integrated studies of online mass media-based social-psychological behavior, and the demonstrative studies of social psychology promotion. It also points out some questions for future studies regarding the healthy organization.
