睫毛婆婆纳(Veronica hederifolia L.)又名常春藤叶婆婆纳,为玄参科婆婆纳属越年生或一年生草本植物。睫毛婆婆纳原产欧洲、西亚和北非等地中海沿岸国家,是当地极为重要的麦田杂草。该种在20世纪80年代传人我国,在江苏南京和浙江定海有分布。通过其地上部分的水浸提液对小麦、油菜、早熟禾和高羊茅种子的萌发培养试验,研究睫毛婆婆纳的化感效应。结果表明,睫毛婆婆纳地上部分的水浸提液对4种受试植物种子萌发、根长和幼苗干重均有显著的抑制作用,浓度越高,抑制作用越强。在3个生测指标中,根长表现最敏感。在最高浓度(0.20g/ml)下,高羊茅、早熟禾、小麦和油菜根长的化感效应指数分别为一0.3929、-0.5115、-0.1180和-0.7765。不同植物对睫毛婆婆纳化感作用的敏感程度也不同,油菜最敏感,其种子萌发、根长和幼苗干重在最高浓度(0.20g/ml)下的化感效应指数分别为-0.3454、-0.7765和-0.3889。
Veronica hederifolia L. , an invasive alien weed, originated from the Mediterranean where it caused severedamage in summer crop field. The water extract from above ground parts of this exotic weed was used to undertake the seed germination culture experiments of wheat, rape, annual bluegrass and tall rescue. The seed germination rate, root length and seedling dry" mass were determined to evaluate the alleopathy of the exotic weed. The aqueous extract of V. persica aeri- al part could inhibit seed germination rate, root length and seedling dry mass in all the four species, and its effect was concentration dependent, rising with the increase of concentration. Root length was more sensitive to the extract than other growth parameters. The RI of root length in the highest concentration of the aqueous extract were - 0. 392 9, - 0. 511 5, -0. 118 0 and -0. 776 5 for tall rescue, annual bluegrass, wheat, and rape respectively. Sensitivity to the aqueous extracts was different among the four species tested in this study among which rape was the most sensitive one with RI of seed germination rate, root length and seedling dry mass of -0. 345 4, - 0. 776 5 and - 0. 388 9 respectively at the highest concentration of the aqueous extract.
