针对由一个制造商及多个分销中心和零售商组成的多级分布式供应链系统,考虑供应链成员间的阶层关系、各自不同的目标以及决策的交互影响特性,建立了分布式三层供应链协同生产-分销模型,以满足各成员的利润目标和供应链的协调运转。设计了模糊交互式三层规划求解方法,求解过程对应了供应链决策者间的反复协商行为。算例仿真验证了模型及交互式三层规划法的可行性及有效性,并在决策行为与规划结果方面与模糊多目标规划法作了比较分析。
For a multi-echelon distributed supply chain consisted of a manufacturer, multi-warehouses and multi-detailers, with multi-productions, we developed a triple-level collaborative production-distribution planning model aimed to maximize the profit of each level. The problem included three sub-problems: the first-level problem, the second-level problem, and the third-level problem, which were decided by manufacturer, warehouses and retailers respectively. We also designed an interactive multi-level programming method based on fuzzy theory for solving the model. Finally, the model and algorithm were illustrated with a numerical example. In addition, it compared the interactive multi-level programming method with traditional fuzzy multi-objective programming method in respect of decision behavior and programming results.
