To develop mobile services is important for implementing kindly diversity services by telecom operators. In this paper, the index system of the comprehensive for mobile services was proposed. According to the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, an method of comprehensive evaluation was given for the mobile services. The application of the method was also demonstrated.
