A novel intuitionistic fuzzy finite automata is given. Some properties of response function, intuitionistic accessi-ble state, intuitionistic accessible initial distribution, behavior characteristics and intuitionistic regular are emphatically dis-cussed. These properties reveal behavior characteristics of intuitionistic fuzzy finite automata.
