采用间歇式的超临界水氧化反应器对PTA残渣和生产废水的掺混液进行了超临界水氧化处理试验研究。结果表明:超临界水氧化技术可有效处理PTA残渣掺混液,掺混液的COD去除率随反应压力、温度和时间的增加而增加,COD去除率接近90%。探讨了氧化剂过量时PTA残渣掺混液的超临界水氧化反应动力学规律,得出32 MPa条件下相应的动力学参数:频率因子为206.97±5.78,活化能为(75.3±10.1)k J/mol;并对超临界反应过程进行能耗分析,得出32 MPa,420℃条件下反应不能实现自平衡。
The industrial wastewater mixed with PTA dregs was treated using batch-type supercritical water oxidation reactor. The results showed that, supercritical water oxidation technology could effectively treat the said kind of wastewater, the removal rate of COD increased with the increasing of pressure, temperature and time, which finally reached about 90%. The kinetic laws of supercritical water oxidation reaction of mixed liquor of PTA dregs and industrial wastewater with an excessive oxidant dosage were discussed, and then, the relevant ki- netic parameters under 32 MPa were determined: the frequency factor was 206.97 _ 5.78, the activation energy was (75.3 ± 10.1) kJ/mol. Through the energy consumption analysis on the process of supercritical reaction, it could be found that, the reaction could not achieve self-balancing under 32 MPa and 420 ℃.
