快捷货物列车开行方案是铁路快捷货物运输组织的基础,也是服务货主的重要体现.本文综合考虑货主的需求及铁路的生产,以运送最多的货物需求量及最小化货主支出运输成本为目标,构建快捷货物列车开行方案的多目标优化模型,实现货流OD在可选走行路径上列车内的分配;在建模时,将列车的编成辆数设定为可以在一个范围内灵活取值的决策变量,从而更符合快捷货物列车的特性;根据模型特点,设计了有偏好信息的遗传算法进行求解;最后,通过一个算例验证了模型和算法的可行性.研究结果表明,所提出的方法对铁路快捷货物运输组织具有一定的借鉴意义.
The operation plan of express freight trains is the key of transportation organization for railway express freight, as well as important respond to shipper demands. Based on synthetic consideration of shipper demands and railway operation, this paper proposes a multi-objective programming model for operation plan of express freight trains, which takes maximum shipper demands and minimum transport cost of shippers as optimization objectives to realize the distribution of car flows to candidate paths. In the model, the number of marshalling cars for express freight train is set as a decision variable rather than a constant, so that the charateristcs of express freight trains can be well satisfied. Then, according to the charateristic of the model, the paper presents a heusitic Genetic Algorithm with preference information. Finally, a numerical study is conducted to test the feasibility of the model and algorithm. The result shows that the proposed method provides references to the organization of railway express freight transportation.
