利用微分脉冲伏安法考察了乙基麦芽酚在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其测定方法。乙基麦芽酚在0.3mol·L^-1氨一氯化铵缓冲溶液中,在E=716mV(vs.Ag/AgCl)处有良好氧化峰,峰电流与浓度成正比,线性范围为1.0~20μg·mL^-1,检出限为0.3μg·mL^-1。该方法使用仪器简单,操作方便,干扰较少,可对样品中的乙基麦芽酚进行直接测定。
A differential pulse vohammetry method for the determination of Ethyl mahol in food samples was developed. The electrochemical behavior and vohammetric parameters of Ethyl maltol at a glass carbon electrode were in vestigated and evaluated. In the NH4Cl- NH3 buffer solution,Ethyl maltol has an irreversible oxidative peak at the potential of 716mV and the peak current was linear with its concentration in the range of 1.0 -20μg·mL^-1 The detection limit was 0.3 μg· mL^-1. The proposed method is simple, easy to operation and has little interference. It was aoolied to the determination of Ethyl mahol in several commercial food samples with satisfactory results.
