旨在探析我国复杂产品系统企业市场控制力的主要构成要素,以通过构建、强化市场控制力化解其在全球价值链中“低端锁定”的问题,提升企业自主创新的动力和能力。采用多案例嵌入式调查统计分析法,基于探索性多案例研究和文献分析归纳提炼出15个影响复杂产品系统企业市场控制力的观测变量,形成本文实证研究的测度量表,并通过问卷调查法收集118个样本数据,运用探索性因子分析方法对因素进行提取,得出3个主成分因子,即政治政策能力、差异竞争能力和客户价值链管理能力,构成复杂产品系统企业市场控制力的主因素。
This paper aims to explore the main elements of market control power of China' s enterprises with complex product sys- tem, in order to form and strengthen the market control power and improve their motivation and capability of innovation. Fifteen observed variables of market control power of China' s enterprises with complex product system were extracted based on the multi- ple case study method and literature analysis, and then the measure scales of this paper were formed. The data of 118 samples were collected by using questionnaire surveys, elements of market control power of China' s enterprises with complex product sys- tem are extracted with factor analysis method, and three main elements are gained, which are political policy capacity, competi- tiveness difference capacity and customer value chain management capacity.
