本文以微创新这一创新领域的新锐视角为切入点,探讨酒店企业实施微创新战略的关键要素。采用探索性多案例研究方法,选取三家酒店为研究对象,采用扎根理论研究方法,通过对文本数据的逐级编码分析,得出酒店企业实施微创新战略的三个要素,即错位竞争、迭代创新、动态管理,并基于此构建了酒店企业实施微创新战略的DID理论模型,三个要素分别从市场微创新、产品微创新、资源配置微创新三个层面协同作用于微创新战略。本文有助于丰富微创新的理论内涵,并有望为处在互联网技术环境中的酒店企业开展创新活动提供理论支撑和实践指导。
This paper aims to discuss the key elements of micro-innovation strategy of the hotel firm from the perspective of "micro-innovation". Taking an exploratory multi-case study method, this study selected 3 hotel firms as the object of study, and used the grounded theory to conduct sequential coding and analysis of text data. Finally, it obtained the result that there were three key elemems in the micro-innovation strategy of the hotel firms, namely, dislocation competition, iterative innovation and dynamic management(DID). Then the DID theoretical model was built based on the results. The three key elements collaborate to act on the micro-innovation strategy from the dimensions of market, product, and resource allocation. This paper can enrich the connotations of the micro-inn0vation theory, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the hotel firms to carry out innovative activities in the internet technology environment
