基于“淘宝村”兴起的现实背景,从经济学的角度对专业村电商化转型的增收效应进行理论分析。电子商务以一种外生技术进步的角色对专业村行业市场的供给端和需求端同时产生影响。在“准完全竞争市场”等一系列假设前提下分析得出,电子商务的引进使专业村的整体收入水平得到提升,但其提升幅度受到电子商务技术进步率、产品需求价格弹性和供给价格弹性三方面有关因素的影响,具体包括互联网普及程度、电商平台建设力度、物流产业发展状况、消费者网购偏好、产品类型、产品特色程度、品牌信用度、替代品行业的电商化程度、追加要素的成本等。如果进一步放宽假设条件,则专业村电商化转型的增收效应还会受到线上销售比重、线下生产效率、产业集群环境等更多因素的影响。
Based on the rise of Taobao villages,this paper analyzes the income-added effect of specialize-d village’s e-commercialization from the perspective of economics.E-commerce,as a role of exogenous technological progress,has an impact on both supply and demand of specialized village’s industry mar-ket.Under the assumptions such as quasi perfectly competitive market,it is found that the introduction of e-commerce increases the overall income of specialized villages and the increasing range is affected by the technical progress rate of e-commerce,the price elasticity of demand,and the price elasticity of supply. More specifically,the factors affecting the increasing range caused by e-commerce include the Internet popularity,the enhancement of electronic trade platform,the development degree of logistics industry, consumers’online shopping preferences,product type,product characteristics,brand credibility,the degree of substitute industries’e-commercialization,the cost of additional elements,etc..If we relax the assumptions,the income-added effect of specialized village’s e-commercialization will be affected by more factors such as the proportion of online sales,offline production efficiency,and industry cluster en-vironment.
