研究了具有衰退记忆的变参数扩散方程全局吸引子的上半连续性,运用半群理论获得了该方程当非线性项f（u）满足临界增长条件且g（x）∈H-1（Ω）时,在弱拓扑空间H10（Ω）×Lμ2（R＋;H10（Ω））中解的连续性结果,从而得到了该方程全局吸引子的上半连续性结论.

英文摘要：

This paper deals with the studies on upper semi-continuity of the global attractors for the variable parameter diffusion equation with fading memory.By means of semi-group theory,we have obtained the continuity of solutions in the weak topological space,when the nonlinearity is critical and the forcing term only belongs to g（x）∈H-1（Ω）.Therefore,upper semi-continuity of the global attractors for the variable parameter diffusion equation with fading memory has been obtained.The results are the improvements and extensions of the results of paper.
