This paper introduced 5 tools for children＇s narrative assessment, namely, MacArthur Story Stem Battery （MSSB）, Attachment Story Completion Task （ASCT）, Separation Anxiety Test （SAT）, Emotional Knowledge Interview （EKI） and Emotional Understanding Puppet Interview （EUPI）. These tools are chiefly used to observe children＇s development level of psychological socialization, the contents including parent-child attachment/conflict, secure and insecure attachment, separation anxiety, fundamental emotion or self-emotion understanding. The tools can be used to directly assess children＇s psychological features, and bring new perspectives for researchers, clinical psychologists and preschool educationers in assessing children＇s psychology.
