塑造幼儿健全人格是全人教育背景下幼儿教育所倡导的方向,也是早期教育的重要目标。幼儿期人格的完善对以后的人格建构影响极大,因此必须构建出有效的幼儿人格培养模式。本文根据人格的心理学研究成果,结合相关教育理论,提出幼儿人格培养的目标、内容与方法,以期为幼儿人格教育实践提供指导。
Cultivation of children's sound personality is the advocated direction of preschool education in the context of holistic education as well as an important objective for early childhood education. The integrity of personality during early childhood has profound impact upon future personality construction, so effective mode for personality cultivation has to be constructed. Based on research findings of personality and related educational theories, this paper proposes the objectives, contents and approaches in children's personality cultivation in hope of providing helpful instructions for the educational practice.
