目的系统评价实施基本药物制度对抗菌药物使用的影响。方法检索中国学术文献总库、维普期刊全文数据库两大中文数据库,全面收集有关基本药物制度实施前后抗菌药物使用情况的研究,运用RveMan 4.2软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析,并对结果进行敏感性分析,用倒漏斗图进行发表偏倚分析。结果本研究共纳入符合要求的文献16篇,随机效应模型的Meta分析得出,合并效应值OR值为0.74,其95%CI为(0.57,0.94),P〈0.05;倒漏斗图提示发表偏倚较小。结论可以初步认为基本药物制度的实施在一定程度上减少了抗菌药物的滥用。
Objective To review the impact of essential medicine system (EMS) on antibiotics use in China. Methods Studies on antibiotics use before and after the implementation of EMS in China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and VIP Full - text Database (VIP) were searched and analyzed. Meta analysis was conducted using RveMan 4. 2. Sensitivity analy- sis was conducted to the results and publication bias was checked by funnel plot. Results A total of 16 articles were analyzed in the study. The random effect model showed the overall effect size OR =0. 74 with 95% CI (0. 57, 0. 94, P 〈0.05. The funnel plot suggested little publication bias. Conclusion The implementation of EMS has reduced the use of antibiotics to some extent.
