学术界就我国就业结构调整滞后于产业结构已达成共识,但是关于滞后时间的具体年限,尚无文献进行准确的测算和研究。以1985-2007年间我国产业结构与就业结构统计数据为基础,以Moore结构值为衡量指标,运用时间平移和灰色关联分析方法准确测算出我国就业结构滞后时间为5年。
英文摘要：
The change of employment structure lags behind the adjustment of industrial structure in China. However, there is no literature studying how long the delay time is. Based on the statistical data of Chinese industrial structure and employment structure during 1985-2007, this paper takes Moore value as the analysis index, and applies grey incidence analysis and time shifting method to measure the delay time. The result shows that the delay time of Chinese employment structure is 5 years.
