“新常态”的经济发展模式对从业者提出了更高的要求,这迫使高职教育应该充分关注高职学生软实力培养,将发展高职学生的软实力作为高职教育的重要变革。以江苏工程职业技术学院为例,笔者认为必须采取坚持第一课堂的价值导向地位、加强第二课堂的素质教育优势、依托第三课堂的实践教育功能、发挥评价机制的积极导向作用、借助网络平台的有效影响力等策略,才能提升软实力培养的效果。
The "new normal" economic development mode, as a new pattern for China, sets forth stricter requirements for practitioners. So higher vocational education should focus on students" soft power cultiva- tion. With the case of Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology, the author suggests that we insist on the status of first class's value guidance, enhance the quality education of the second class, gain support from practical education function of the third class, play positive role of evaluation mechanism, with the help of the effective influence of the network platform, to enhance the effectiveness of soft power cultivation.
