Marx and Engels＇s ideas of Party Newspapers are the core of Marxist views of journalism. It take the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the theoretical foundation. The formation and per- fection is based on profound criticism of the bourgeois press thought, guide the proletariat party press on the basis of practice. Core essence of Marx and Engels＇theory is that party must adhere to the stand of the proletariat must be for the proletariat and the masses of the people＇s Liberation service, must adhere to the principle of the party spirit to defend the party＇s interests,must be critical of the opposing parties judgment and various non proletarian ideology, to maintain the party claims. Insist and develop Marx and Engels＇ideas of Party Newspapers have a very important theoretical significance and practical value to address the issues and challenges facing our propaganda and to consolidate Marxism core position in the ideological field.
