以核桃品种“鲁光”1年生嫁接苗为试材,采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统,测定与分析了核桃品种的净光合速率与环境因子的关系,以期为该核桃品种优良苗木的培育以及优质高产栽培提供科学依据。结果表明:核桃净光合速率(Pn)日变化为“双峰”型曲线,在10:00左右和16:00左右分别出现峰值,且第1次峰值高于第2次峰值,14:00左右具有明显的“午休”现象;净光合速率与空气温度存在负相关关系,与空气相对湿度以及空气CO2浓度均存在二次函数曲线关系。因此,全天中空气温度、空气相对湿度以及空气CO2浓度是影响“鲁光”核桃净光合速率强弱的主要环境因子。
Taking annual grafting of 'Luguang' Juglans regia as material, diurnal changes of photosynthetic characteristics and environmental factors of were studied by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system,in order to provide scientific basis for the excellent varieties selecting and high production of walnut seedling. The results showed that, the diurnal changes of the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) showed double peak curve at 10.00 and 16:00 respectively and the first peak was higher than the second peak, midday depression phenomenon occurred at 14: 00 obviously; there were negative correlations between the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and air temperature,however,there were quadratic curve correlations between the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and air CO2 concentration, air relative humidity. Therefore, the diurnal changes of the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) were mainly caused by air relative humidity, air temperature and air CO2 concentration.
