宁夏重大科技专项是对全区经济社会发展起重大支撑和引领作用的省级科技专项计划,是宁夏科技计划的重中之重.本文通过随机抽样对宁夏“十一五”期间19个重大科技专项的立项及部分课题的执行状况进行了绩效评价,提出了进一步完善宁夏重大科技专项立项及管理的对策.

Ningxia Major Science and Technology Projects play a leading role in region＇s economic and social development, which is the most important part in Ningxia science and technolbgy plans. In this paper, via random sampling, evaluated the establishment of 19 Major Science and Technology Projects and the implementation of some projects during ＂11th five-year＂, gives countermeasures and suggestions in order to enhance the efficiency of Ningxia Major Science and Technology Projects establishment and management
