By means of the method of combining quantitative with qualitative analysis and using the technique of gray relative analysis,according to the data of the net income per peasant in Langfang city and typical prefectures and cities makes the relative analysis. On this basis,it will make the positive analysis taking Langfang city for example which has been stay in ahead for a few years;In the same time,it will forecast the farmers＇ income in future,and make the advice or counsel in increasing the farmers＇ income.
