Comparing with the optimum design teaching adopted in the speed skating teachingt,he traditional teaching mode is too onefold,boring and makes the students lack of interests in learning speed skating that＇s why caused the decreasing scores.The optimum design of the teaching plan in the teaching effect and improving students＇ interests is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode.
