The research-based teaching mode of communication theory has been carried out to adapt to social development and professional talent training.By taking classroom teaching,practice teaching,tutoring,teaching evaluation mechanism,etc.into consideration,and with the aid of modern educational techniques,the tridimensional research-based teaching model of ＂Theory Teaching-Simulation-Opening Experiment-Project Practice-Comprehensive Evaluation＂ has gradually been formed,and the favorable environment for cultivating innovative talent is created.In this way,students＇ learning initiative can be stimulated,the transformation from knowledge acquirement to ability cultivation is realized,and the educational philosophy of attaching equal importance to knowledge,ability and quality is embodied.
