集约节约利用土地是都市圈建设的重要发展路径。本文以武汉城市圈建设＂两型社会＂为例,从区域空间的角度,构建了城市土地集约利用指标体系,并采用因子分析法,对湖北省9个武汉城市圈城市和5个非城市圈城市的土地集约利用情况进行了量化分析。分析结果表明,武汉城市圈整体土地集约利用水平相对高于省内其他城市,但圈内城市的土地集约利用程度并不均衡。本研究给出的政策建议是：各地应发挥地域比较优势,优化土地资源配置;结合湖北省主题规划,合理确定不同区域的土地利用强度;大力提高存量建设用地的利用效率等。
英文摘要：
Land intensive use is an important way to promote Construction of the metropolitan region. This paper analyze the level urban land intensive use in 9 cities of Wuhan City Circle and other 5 cities in Hubei province by using the method of Factor Analysis based on the established index system of evaluation. The result shows that the level of land intensive use is higher in 9 cities of Wuhan City Circle than in other 5 cities. But the level of land intensive use of 9 cities of Wuhan City Circle is not balanced. Finally, some suggestions are put forward in order to increase Wuhan City Circle Land Intensive use degree.
