目的:观察秦艽醇提取物对8种细菌的体外抑菌效果。方法:采用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法测定秦艽醇提取物对8种细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:秦艽醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和粪链球菌抑菌作用较强,其M1C为62.5g·L-1,对表皮葡萄球菌的MIC为250g·L-1,对变形杆菌、福氏志贺杆菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌的MIC均为500g·L-1,对大肠杆菌的MIC大于500g·L-1结论:秦艽醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、粪链球菌的抗菌活性较强,对福氏志贺氏杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌的抗菌活性较弱,对大肠杆菌的抗菌活性较差。
OBJECTIVE To study the antimicrobial effect in vitro of the ethanol extracts of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae on eight kinds of bacterias. METHODS To mensurate the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the ethanol extracts of Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae on eight kinds of bacterias respectively with the method of serial dilution test. RESULTS The antimicrohial effect was enhanced as the flavonoid concentration increased, MIC of the extract for Staphyloccocus aureus and Streptococcus faecalis was 62. 5 g·L-1. It was 250 g·L-1for Staphylococcus epidermidis. MIC of the extract was 500 g. L for Proteusbacillus vulgaris, Shigella dysenteriae, Salmonellatyphi and Salmonella paratyphi B. It was 〉500 g·L-1for Escherichia coli. CONCLUSION Total flavones in Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae has significant inhibitory effect on the growth of eight kinds of bacterias.
