为探究烤后烟表面颜色及其与外观质量指标的相关性,以烤烟CB-1,K 326,云烟87为试验材料,采用大田挂牌试验的方法,研究了烤烟表面颜色特征参数的变化规律和差异、基本色颜色特征参数的差异及与外观质量指标的关系。结果表明:1烤烟表面颜色特征参数随叶位上升,明度L*逐渐降低,红度a*逐渐升高,黄度b*和饱和度C*的变化较为一致,均先缓慢升高后逐渐降低,在第7~10叶位达到最大值,不同部位间烤烟表面颜色特征参数差异显著;2基本色的颜色特征参数差异显著,橘黄色烟叶黄度b*值和饱和度C*值普遍高于柠檬色和红棕色烟叶,柠檬色烟叶的明度L*值最高,红棕色烟叶的红度a*值最高;3烤烟表面颜色特征参数与外观质量指标之间存在显著或极显著相关关系,明度L*和红度a*与外观质量评价总分呈明显的"∩"形曲线关系,明度L*为53~54,红度a*为13~15时外观评价总分最高,明度L*与叶片结构呈正相关、与身份和油分呈负相关,黄度b*和饱和度C*与颜色、叶片结构、总分呈正相关。
In order to study the relationship between the surface color characteristic parameters and the index of appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco,variety CB-1,K 326 and Yunyan87 were taken as materials for the field experiments. The results showed that: 1) With the leaf-position rising,the L*value decreased,the a*value increased,the b*value increased at first and then decreased,reaching the highest at 7 ~ 10 leaf-position,similar to the change of C*value. The variance of the surface color characteristic parameters of flue-cured tobacco was significant between stalk portions; 2) the color characteristic parameters of base-color was different. The b*value and the C*value of orange tobacco leaves were generally higher than that of the lemon and red brown tobacco leaves. The L*value of lemon tobacco leaves was the highest. The a*value of red brown tobacco leaves was the highest; 3) the surface color characteristic parameters of flue-cured tobacco were significantly or extremely significantly correlated to the index of appearance quality. There was an obvious "∩"-shaped curve between the L*value,the a*value and the total value of appearance quality evaluation. When the L*value was53 ~ 54 or the a*value was 13 ~ 15,the total value of appearance quality evaluation reached the highest. There was a significant positive correlation between lightness and oil,and a significant positive correlation between yellowness and total score.
