钾肥配施有机酸对烤烟石油醚提取物和中性致香物质含量的影响

以中烟100为试验材料,通过田间试验研究了钾肥配施不同有机酸对烤烟中部叶石油醚提取物和中性致香物质含量的影响。结果表明,钾肥配施不同的有机酸均能提高烤烟的石油醚提取物含量,其中配施柠檬酸和草酸处理比对照提高了16%以上。钾肥配施柠檬酸、乳酸和黄腐酸钾处理均能提高烟叶中性致香物质总量,而配施苹果酸和草酸处理中性致香物质含量比对照略低。其中钾肥配施柠檬酸处理可提高类胡萝卜素降解产物、Maillard反应产物、类西柏烷类降解产物、芳香类氨基酸降解产物和新植二烯含量,钾肥配施黄腐酸钾处理可提高除类西柏烷类降解产物外其余各类致香物质含量。以钾肥配施柠檬酸和黄腐酸钾处理对改善中部烟叶石油醚提取物和中性致香物质含量效果最优。

英文摘要:

In order to research the effect of combined application of potassium fertilization and organic acids on tobacco quality, the field experiment was conducted to study the concontration of petroleum e- ther extracts and neutral aroma components in middle leaves of flued-cured tobacco (cv. Zhongyan 100). The results show that the content of petroleum ether extracts increased obviously under different combined application of potassium fertilization and organic acids, by more than 16% in citric acid and oxalic acid treatment compared to non-applicated organic acids. The treatment of combined application of potassium fertilization and citric acid, lactic acid and fulvic acid could increase the total amount of neutral aroma eompontents, while it was slightly lower in treatment of malic acid and oxalic acid than the non-applicated organic acids. It was more conducive to the formation of aroma products degraded from carotenoid, Maillard reaction, phenylalanine, solanone and neophytadiene in middle leaves under the combined application of citric acid. Similarly it was conducive to the formation of degradation prod- uct outside the solancone under the the combined application of fulvic acid. In short, the effect of cit- ric acid and fulvic acid was better than that of other treatment.
