为探明长白山欧李对碱性土壤的适应能力,采用Na2CO3胁迫的方法对长白山欧李对碱性土壤的忍耐能力进行了试验。试验结果表明:长白山欧李对碱性土壤具有较强的忍耐能力,且以Na2CO3的0.05%、0.075%两个处理浓度(即:pH值8.2和8.9)幼苗生长状况最佳,但当Na2CO3处理浓度达到0.1%(pH值9.5)时长白山欧李的幼苗生长发育受到了不良影响,长白山欧李可以在微酸性和微碱性土壤上正常栽植。
In order to proven the ability of Prunus humilis to adapt to alkaline soil, Na2C03 stress methods was used to do the test of Prunus humilis on the enduring capacity of alkaline soil. The results showed that Prunus humilis had strong enduring capacity to alkaline soil. The growth of seedlings was the best in the treatments of 0.05% and 0.075% Na2CO3. When the content of Na2C03 reached 0.1% (pH 9.5), the growth and development of seedlings was depressed. So, Prunus humilis can be grown on slight acidic or slight alkaline soil.
